Description

A pair of heavy-duty leather Wildland Fire Fighting Protective Gloves (a). The leather is white, however, the outer surface of the gloves are covered in soot, particularly the palms and fingers. A buckle strap is on the back of the gloves, near the cuffs. Two (2) white fabric labels are sewn onto the inside of the gloves, near the cuffs. The label on the left glove (a) features the manufacturer's name, "SEI Safety Equipment," and the text "THIS WILDLAND FIRE FIGHTING/PROTECTIVE GLOVE MEETS THE/GLOVE REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 1977/STANDARD ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING/AND EQUIPMENT FOR WILDLAND FIRE FIGHTING, 1998 EDITION." The label on the right glove (b) features the second manufacturer's name, "Unicor FPI Sandstone."
