Description
Scott Brand Sling-Type AIR-PAK Breathing Apparatus Model 6000-B4A With Gas Mask (A), Sling-Style Apparatus, Two (2) Yellow-Colored Steel Metal Cylindrical Oxygen Tanks (C-D), Sliver Steel Metal Wrench (E), Black Storage Trunk (F), and Instructional Flyer (E). 
Gas Mask (A): A black rubber gas mask with a large round clear plastic lens that covers the wearer's face with an air filter on the bottom. The lens has a silver metal frame. The gas mask has black rubber straps to secure the mask to the wearer's head. Connecting the mask to the rest of the apparatus is a large black rubber hose. 
Scott Brand Sling-Type Breathing Apparatus (B): The apparatus has a simple black cotton fabric belt and shoulder straps with a silver steel metal claw buckle. The apparatus has a round silver and black steel metal operating mechanism with a meter on top and two (2) red and yellow knobs for the main line and the by-pass. Bolted to the front of the operating mechanism is a manufacturer plate that reads "SCOTT / AIR-PAK". Bolted on the side of the operating mechanism is a black steel metal manufacturer plate with printed silver and stamped lettering that reads "SCOTT AIR-PAK / SERIAL NO. 53049 M / PAT. NO. 2,445,359 / SCOTT AVIATION CORP. / LANCASTER, N.Y. U.S.A." The apparatus has a smooth black rubber hose that connects the oxygen/air tank to the apparatus. 
Yellow-Colored Steel Metal Cylindrical Oxygen Tank (C): A yellow-colored steel metal oxygen tank. The tank has a round cylindrical shape. This tank is connected to the breathing apparatus. On the top of the tank is a black-colored hand wheel with a black meter/gauge under it. The meter/gauge appears to indicate that there is still some air or content inside the tank, but confirmation is needed. 
Yellow-Colored Steel Metal Cylindrical Oxygen Tank (D): A yellow-colored steel metal oxygen tank. The tank has a round cylindrical shape. This tank is connected to the straps of the breathing apparatus. On the top of the tank is a black-colored hand wheel with a black meter/gauge under it. The meter/gauge appears to indicate that the tank is empty, but confirmation is needed.
Silver Steel Metal Scott Brand Wrench (E): A silver stainless steel double-headed wrench. A manufacturer mark is stamped or engraved on the handle that reads "Scott". 
Black Wooden and Metal Storage Trunk (F): A black-colored wooden trunk with black-colored metal edge protectors. The trunk is rectangular and has a briefcase-style with a carrying handle on the top and two (2) silver metal latches. The lid of the truck has two metal hinges on the back. The lid has two (2) silver metal hinge arms inside the trunk to prop up the lid. Inside the trunk has blocks and cushioning to contain the breathing apparatus and the oxygen tanks. Stapled inside the top of the lid is an instructional flyer for the breathing apparatus. 
Instructional Flyer (G): A single page black and white instructional flyer with instructions for wearing and operating the breathing apparatus. The flyer is double-sided and is printed on both sides.
