Description

Hat: Black satin hat, 8"x8". The hat has a 1 1/2"brim and a tall crown. The brim has pleated 2 1/4" long satin strips on it with a 7/8" satin band above it. On the front side of the crown are many satin ruffled flowers. The side of the crown goes straight up and then straight down. The top of the crown is lower and folds in to form an oval shape. Inside is a black grosgrain ribbon and a black plastic net form. There is a black elastic head band. There is a black label with white print that reads "Individually Tailored by Fisk Chicago". There are make-up like smears on the inside.
