Description
Cap: Red yarn knit stocking cap. When the cap is unfolded, it is 15" long x 11 3/4" wide at the bottom. It has a pointed top. There is a seam from the top to about half way down on two sides. There is a large red and cream yarn tassel on the top that is approximately 3 1/2" high. Condition - There is a mended hole that is covered up when the bottom is folded up. There are large faded areas. There are a few light black stains.

Owned by Evan Fladwad, an uncle of Ole Fladwad, and given to Rudolph Grondahl when he was a boy. Evan was a skier and ski maker who spoke many languages. Rudolph wore the cap when taking part in ski activities.
