Skirt: Brown wool suit skirt. The skirt has 7 gores. Each gore is decorated by wedges with 3 ornamental buttons covered in brown wool (9 wedges all together). There is black topstitching (3-4 rows depending on the place). There is a black ribbon waist band. There are 2 hook and eye waist closures with darts for fullness at the back. One eye is missing. The back opening closes with 2 hooks and loops. There are 2 black loops for attaching to the jacket. The skirt hangs lower in the back. There are black dust bristles around the bottom hem. It is machine-sewn. Condition - There are small holes and it is faded on one side. The black ribbon waist band is coming off. One eye is missing MOLD? - The skirt may have had mold. It was laid out to dry and was vacuumed on 1/18/2006.
