Description

Petticoat: White muslin petticoat. It has lace insertions and ruffles. It closes at the waist with two hooks and eyes. There has been an addition to the waist and the petticoat is gored. It has a 13" gathered bottom consisting of four 3" wide ruffled tiers. There is 3/4" wide lace inserts between the tiers (three inserts). The lace has a diamond and "X" pattern. There is an underskirt with a 7 3/4" panel with a 4" cotton ruffle.
