Description

Hat: Straw cartwheel hat with a small crown and large brim, 17" x 17". The straw is tightly woven in horizontal lines. The outer edge of the brim has a thin cream grosgrain ribbon trim. Around the brim and crown joint is a thick navy blue velvet cord. There is a hatpin with a white "pearl" tear drop shape head in the band. Wrapped around the back of the navy blue cord are four cream grosgrain ribbons that hang down flat. The inside is lined with cream grosgrain ribbon. There is a black elastic headband and a navy blue elastic cloth head band.
