Ashtray: Red Wing Collectors Society 10th Anniversary commemorative 1977-1987 Red Wing Ashtray, Has a red and gold foil ribbon sticker that says "10th / 1977-1987 / ANNIVERSARY / RWCS." On the bottom in relief it reads "RED WING / COLLECTORS SOCIETY / 10TH / 1977-1987 / ANNIVERSARY." It had velcro feet which have been removed. There are small crowsfoot marks on the bottom. From the 10th Anniversary booklet: "To commemorate the Tenth Anniversary of the Red Wing Collectors Society, the Commemorative Committee has chosen a replica of the famous Red Wing Potteries Seventy-fifth Anniversary wing ash tray. Gris Pottery was commissioned to produce 2500 pieces by committee chairpersons Gary and bonnie Tefft. The 7 1/4 inch long wings are fashioned in the same manner as those first produced by the Potteries in 1953. The cost is $12.00 Accenting the piece is an embossed foil sticker proclaiming the Tenth Anniversary, as does the molded message on the base." See location screen.
