Description

Paper list of immunizations from the 1950s that outlines immunization vaccines and when to give them. It was from Dr. Gilman's office in the Pope County Bank building (1906) connected with the Fremad Building. 
The chart was approved by Minnesota State Medical Association and distributed by the Minnesota Department of Health. 
Immunizations listed include: Smallpox, Whooping Cough, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Typhoid Fever, Scarlet Fever, Rheumatic Fever, and Poliomyelitis.
