Description
Letter from Louise and George Burwell dated February 9, 1934 to the Town Board of Minnetonka; Mr. Arthur Squires, Chairman; and Minnetonka Township offering to sell the piece of land fronting on Minnetonka Boulevard between the town hall and Minnetonka Union Church.
Transcript from April 7, 1892 "West Minneapolis Recorder" dealing with Charles Burwell's proposal to incorporate a large part of Minnetonka township (near Hopkins) into the village of Minnetonka and public response to the proposal.
Folder also includes a typed memo on City of Minnetonka letterhead dated September 14, 1979 from Margaret Mullen to Betty Johnson: "Betty: Thought you might be interested in having this letter.
