Description

Full length gold dress with floral and linear designs. The sleeves are lace with silver trim and pearl pendants. The collar is made of heavy silver net with blue bead detailing. The collar has tassel attached, hanging down to the waist, which also has blue bead detailing and tassels at the bottom. Manufacturer tag says, "Welch; New Bedford, Mass." This was donated by Edward and Florence (deceased) Wichman of Minneapolis in 1968. The dress was worn by the sisters Florence Wichman and Olive Olson.
