Description

Navy blue wool jacket. To the viewer's top right, there is a gold citation cord looped down around the wearer's left sleeve. On the wearer's left sleeve there is a brown patch that states "Letoile Du Nord 1858 Gopher Legion Minnesota". On the wearer's right upper sleeve there is an American flag patch. 
On the two lapels there are circular patches, navy blue and yellow that state "American Legion". There is one pocket on each side of the chest area of the jacket.
The buttons on the jacket are gold and blue with a star that state American Legion. Each cuff on both sleeves have a gold band around them.
