Description
White cotton wedding dress with lace including blouse, skirt, and detachable collar.

Dress has lace along collar, front, sleeves, and sleeve hems with 3 metal hooks at the back of the neck, 8 buttons along the back, 1 metal hook at the waist in the back, and 2 ties at the front.

Skirt with swirls of lace and straight lace pattern along hem with 4 metal hooks at back.

Detachable collar gathered at front with swirls of lace at sides and 4 metal hooks with gathered fabric at back of neck.

Exhibit label says, "The wedding dress worn by Tina Aubart of Osseo in her wedding to Jule Scott of Robbinsdale at St. Vincent;s church in Osseo, June 21, 1908. Built their home at 3933 Quail Avenue in Robbinsdale. This wedding dress was then worn by their daughter Margaret [Scott] in her wedding to Leonard Carlson on June 24, 1935 at the Sacred Heart church in Robbinsdale. In June 1985, Leonard and Margaret's granddaughter, Molly (Carlson) Olson wore the dress at the celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary."
