Certificate for Einar Hamborg. Front says, "High Speed Radio-telegraph Merit Certificate. Greetings, There having been in QSO with W0LPD, The Honorable E. A. Hamborg, Otherwise known in some haunts as KB0GGQ, a Government issued call for an Amateur Radio Station; and having been examined by a series of Master Operators, otherwise known as HAM's was found to send and receive in International Morse Code, otherwise known as the Dah-Dit-Dah-Dit Dah-Dah-Dit-Dah stuff; at a regular speed of about 30-WPM, more or less, mostly less. Furthermore, your Radiotelegraph signals on 7.127 Mhz. CW at 1930 UTC were found to have a RST of 599. This QSL is thereby awarded in the State of Missouri County of St. Charles on this Fifteenth day of February, 1997. Fred Gilmore, Chief Operator W0LPD."
