Description

Lois Roseen (daughter of Emil & Cecelia Roseen) and Phillip Bergland (son of Sam & Mable Bergland) were united in marriage on June 23, 1956 at the Moe Lutheran Church, Roseau, Minnesota.

An off-white wedding dress with a cream colored embroideried lace flower & leaf garland. There are fabric covered buttons down the back with embroideried loops for the buttons, The dress has gathered short sleeves with garland from shoulder to hem of sleeve. The garland also trims the neckline of the bodice; part way down the side panels in front and then over the hips all the way to the hem in back. The dress is made of organza over satin and netting. There is a white with green lettering label: Sophia Ann Bridal Original sewn in the upper inside back by shoulder. There is a pair of wrist sleeves made of organza with the fabric covered buttons, They cover the top of the hand and goes 3/4 of the way up to the elbow.
