Description

The navigator is very heavy. a piece of glass seperates the compass from the onlooker. The actual compass is broken. E, W, and S are present but no letter N. 8 screws hold the glass in place. Around the compass "N, E, W, and S" are written in white along with numbers 1 through 35. A white label is screwed on the side and reads: "A.F. US Army Type D-12 Order No. AC-26968 MFR's Part No. 1833-1-A An No. Spec. N. 94-27825 Ser. No. AF-42-17035" the compass is a Tripod and each foot has the initials J.N. scratched onto them. The compass is black steel.
