Description

This is a tall, white, tin cylinder with an incaved lid sitting in a slatted, white, wooden, open topped box.  The box is square in shape with 3 pickets for each side.  The bottom has been shaped with a hollowed circle to hold the cylinder tightly in place.  The tin cylinder has a funnel shaped lid with a tiny hole in the center.  There is a thin wooden ruler that sticks out of the hole and drops all the way to the bottom within another tin tube.
