Description
This is a red, rectangular, manual wooden corn grader.  The structure is made of wood, painted red with company name painted in black on the side.  There are two levels each having round metal cylinders with symmetrical holes throughout.  Each one turns in unison when a chain and sprocket rotate as a cast crank with wooden handle is manually turned.  There is one opening at the top for corn kernels. This opening has a sliding lever that opens and closes so that corn can flow downward through the hopper to the turning drums.  Each drum has several shoots as corn is turned and cycled for size.  The bottom is open with a stationary metal roof form. This allow the left over debris that tumbles from the cylinders to gather underneath.
