Description
White cloth wedding skirt with five pleats plus a lace ruffle along hem. Storage box says, "Ada Smith wedding dress 1916." Handwritten note says, "Mothers Wedding Dress, Married Sept 27, 1916" with another handwritten note clarifying Mother as "Ada Smith." Second handwritten note says, "Ada Smith's wedding made of crepe de chine (silk) when she married Ross Wiley in 1916. The hankies were Ada Smith's - circa 1910 - 1916. Ada did the tatting."
