Wood framed black-and-white photograph showing the exterior of a house with a man, woman, and child. Back says, "4001 Hubbard Ave. First home of Henry J. Henrickson, contractor, 1907. In yard Henry, first wife Maria, dtr [daughter] Minnie." 1907.

Scanned label says, "This home was built by one of the early carpenters / contractors in Robbinsdale. He was urged by A. B. Robbins to locate here and help build homes for the community. This house at 4001 Hubbard still stands. Henrickson also built the home of Dr. Colp, the Museller Drug Store building, and theatre, the original Elim Lutheran Church at 40th and West Broadway, and many other homes and commercial buildings. Pictured in front of this house at 4401 [4001] Hubbard is Henrickson, his first wife maria, and eldest daughter Minnie WIlkins, who is a regular attendee at our Historical Society meetings. Picture donated by Henrickson's daughter Gloria Krzystofiak."
