Scanti Handi wood and zinc washboard made by Columbus Washboard Co., Columbus, Ohio.   The back side states that this washboard is "Ideal for silks, hosiery and lingerie or handkerchiefs.  Just the right size to fit a bucket, pail or lavatory.  Packs easily into suit case of traveling bag."
