Description
"This three-cornered, beaded coin purse with snapped triangular overlaps on each side opens to a rectangle measuring 7 by 3 inches. It is made of black leather, and the overlaps are solidly beaded in white, red, black and silver. This was made by the Cree Indians from the Rocky Boy Reservation (Grosventers). These Indians are considered to be the finest beaders. "
The silver beads are faceted, while the other beads are round. The metal snaps are corroding.
