Mr. Klimisch worked in Product Development and his interview touched on topics like the company's soy and popcorn products, the development of Tootie Fruities ready-to-eat cereal, the development of continuous puffing guns to produce ready-to-eat cereal, the growth of the company, the other employees at Malt-O-Meal, the relations between the Malt-O-Meal Company and its employees and the city of Northfield, the changes that came with the sale to Post in 2015, and more. This recording is in two parts since the interviewer thought the interview was over but interviewee kept speaking so she started recording again (only a few missed minutes).
