Description

Knit fabric football jersey, red body and sleeves with yellow collar and shoulders. Pale yellow numbers for "43" have been attached to both the front and back. There are extra pads in both elbows. The jersey is very worn, especially at the collar, and there are holes on the sleeves and under the arms. Repairs were made at one time, mending tears between the collar and numbers on one side.

This jersey belonged to Lawrence W. Butler, and he wore it during his senior year at Anoka High School in 1936-1937.
