Description

Black wool felt cap with with 1" black curled wool trim around the base of the cap, bound with black binding by machine, one inch stem on top of the cap, fastened to rust-colored tassel attached to inside by small metal ring, patch with insignia of white animal with "M" in black, eye, nose, and tongue in red on the right side, two triangles on left side, one triangle on bottom, yellow with black insert of circle and staff.
