Description

Small silk velvet bonnet with no brim and a long velvet loop hanging from the sides with a bow at the bottom. The top of the hat has a dark blue silk ruffled ribbon stitched around the circumference. Ties under chin with ribbon. Pink flower with wire stem on what is probably the front of the hat. Had ostrich feathers at one time but they have broken off. Interior of hat is shaped and stiffened with buckram.
