Email correspondence regarding the First Day of Issue (FDOI) celebrations for the 2016 Jack-O-Lantern Stamp in the City of Anoka between various members of the Anoka community, City of Anoka, the Anoka Halloween committee, the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce, the Anoka County Historical Society and the United States Post Office. Covers January-October, 2016. Early correspondence (January-March) is about the city's application to be the FDOI site for this stamp. Later correspondence (March-October) is planning for the event once Anoka was chosen as the host city.
