Documents relating to the planning of the unveiling ceremony for the First Day of Issue (FDOI) event in the city of Anoka, MN for the Jack-O-Lantern Stamp issued by the United States Post Office on September 29, 2016. Images of the various first day covers (cachet envelopes) which were issued by Anoka Halloween and the Anoka County Historical Society are included. Images of past stamp cancellations relating to the city of Anoka and Halloween are also included. Documents are undated, but span the March-September 2016 time frame.
