Bound ledger book containing meeting minutes and constitution of the Last Man's Club, Northfield, Minnesota. The minutes cover the inaugural meeting through the final meeting. The club was an auxiliary of the Eugene H. Truax Post No. 4393 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. The club met annually and was composed of World War I and II veterans. Upon roll call, if a member failed to respond "present" after three calls, a ceremonial bell was rung as it signified that that member had passed away.
