Description

This skirt hemmer consists of a round black plastic base and an aluminum 1/4 inch rod that is inserted into the plastic base. The rod extends vertically for 16 inches. The rod is bent at the top an protrudes out 2 inches to end in a U-shape. The black plastic base has a concave indentation at the center 2 inches in diameter. There are 3 holes in the base, each 3/8 inches in diameter.
