This framed newspaper clipping of the 1952 Championship Buffalo High School football team has many of the students identified by handwritten names on the team members. The newspaper clipping measures 8.5 x 7 inches. It is mounted on a white paper. The 11 x 13 inch frame is made of medium brown wood. The front of the frame is 1 ½ inches wide with raised edges and a ½ inch wide darker brown leaf and acorn design down the middle. The rear of the frame has a heavy black plastic backing with an easel foot attached with 2 rivets. That plastic backing measures 8 x 10 inches and is secured to the frame by 3 rivet and metal pieces. There are two small metal triangles, attached with rivets, for hanging. The name of the manufacturer is printed on the easel foot and reads, “Decorel.”
