One side has a 2-inch diameter seal/image of a covered wagon, oxen, and people heading towards a sunset. “To Minnesota” is written on the covered wagon, and “Minnesota Territorial Pioneers” is along the top and bottom of the seal. Below this is a larger text that reads “Hennepin County Territorial Pioneer's Association, organized June 1, 1905.” The reverse side has an image of a house, and surrounding text reads "oldest house in the city, built by Ard. Godfrey, 1848." Below this is more larger text; “Souvenir Minneapolis Semi-Centennial 1855-1905." The final section of text reads “Population 1855, 2,000 / 1905, 250,000 / July 1, 1905.”
