10 in. H x 3 in. W x 10 in. L Item (Overall)
Pair of black, leather, fur-trimmed boots for women. Fur also edges the top of the boot and the opening for the tongue. Two sets of ribbons act as laces and tie the boots in the front. The inside is quilted. Possibly a hidden-wedge style of women's boot. They date to about 1910. They belonged to Mrs. A. Hugh Thompson, Sr. (mother of the donor). Donated in 1967 by Mr. and Mrs. A. Hugh Thompson of Minneapolis.
