Description
Small booklet given to Bloomington Ferry School students at the end of the school year by their teacher, Amy E. Locke. Embossed paper cover has images of pink rosebuds and gold filigree. “Best Wishes. With pleasant memories of happy days spent together in the schoolroom this souvenir is presented to you with the best wishes of your teacher.” Inside lists the names of the students at the one-room school that year, names of School Board members, and several poems or inspirational quotes. The last page has a poem: A Farewell Message. Dated June 8, 1917.
