Description
This document is an affidavit to renew the chattel mortgage between John Pauly and Mathias Hauer. The original chattel mortgage was filed December 9, 1897. This affidavit was filed in the town of New Market on March 28, 1899 at 7 pm. Joseph H. Baltes was the town clerk who signed the affidavit. Pauly still owed $80 (plus interest) to Hauer.
