Star shaped anchor plate from the Sunde Garage, also called the Oxboro Automotive Co. at 9825 Lyndale Ave. S., Bloomington, MN. Anchor plates were on the outside of brick buildings and connected to tie rods which ran through the building to prevent it from bulging or tilting. These were used when a building was constructed of brick, not just having a brick veneer on the outside. Set of two. These were salvaged from the building by Doug Drews when the Oxboro Automotive building was demolished in 1985.
