Information in the pamphlet was primarily gathered by late Alvin Houston of Northfield. Pamphlet is also a collaboration between the Dakota County Historical Society and the Northfield Historical Society. Twenty-four page document, not including the front and back cover pages. Front cover includes a map of Lewiston land lots, an image of Alvin Houston, the Northfield Historical Society logo, and a black-and-white image of the Lewiston School House.
