Digital scan of a black and white photograph of Florence Amble Reed (standing), her daughter Elizabeth Reed Amadon (seated) and granddaughter Patrticia Amadon (child) at the Brousseau-Reed house. Greek Revival architectural style home originally built in 1869-1871 by Minneapolis lawyer Frances Xavier Brousseau. Sold to Louis Reed in 1896 to changed it to its present configuration. Named Orchard Springs Farm. Reed added on to the original L shape and a later remodel to half the house in 1941 made the house a year-round dwelling. Original address 1629 East Old Shakopee Road.
