It talks about access to Glenwood via the Northern Pacific  Railway and Soo Line Railroad as well as points of interest in the city such as the three ice cream parlors, seven oil stations, five repair garages, Swanson Bakery, Glenwood Spring Water Company, five churches, Glenwood Golf Course, Glenwood Public Library, State Fish Hatchery, Lakeside pavilion, Sunset Beach Hotel, and hunting areas.
The pamphlet includes advertising for Glenwood Ice Cream and Butter Company, Krueger's Drug Store, Sunset Beach Hotel, Minnewaska Summer Hotel, Owen Spring Water Company, Glenwood Bakery, W. J. Warburton Buick and Dodge Automobiles, and Helbing & Beal Ford Automobiles,
