Description
Charcoal portrait is in repaired original frame, new glass has been added and backing is all acid free archival material. Elmer Hogy paid $650.00 to have this portrait conserved. The Neitzel family got the last homestead in Stevens County. The piece has been wrapped in etha-foam to protect the frame.
