Description
A pair of metal scissors with Berridge Shear Co Sturgis, Michigan label. The Berridge Shear company was founded by Thomas Berridge in 1889 and was a major employer for the city of Sturgis, Michigan.  The company and was sold by Thomas Berridge’s daughter in the mid 1920’s to a group headed by J.C. Fetter of Kendallville, Indiana.
