Inside the back cover her mother Esther (Harrison) Chadwick wrote a genealogy of her husband's family listed as "Josiah Chadwick-father, Maria Dency Chadwick -mother, children: William Josiah, Mary Maria, Everett Elijah, John Leonidas, Fredrick Nathanial, Henry Washington, Charles Austen, Charlotte Glover, Theodore Augustus, Frances Dency, James Quincy."
Sons Frederick and Theodore married sisters Adeline and Charlotte Reed. The two couples came to Minneapolis.
Inside the book is a pencil written draft of the names written on the back cover. It also includes married names of Charlotte Glover (Chadwick) Baker and Frances Dency Botsford (corrected by Elizabeth Ann (Chadwick) Stanford as Frances Dency (Chadwick) Barrows.
