Description
White cotton pantalettes (drawers/bloomers). Hem of each leg features bands made by horizontally pleating the fabric, white embroidered ribbon, a ruffle, and lace trim.
Pantalettes are a particular form of girls'/women's  underwear made up of two separate leg sections that come together with a waistband. The decorative ruffles at the bottom were meant to be seen below the skirt. They were worn mainly in the mid-1800s.
