Donated by Tamara Chaney Truer of Minneapolis. She was a former Board President at the Hennepin History Museum. The suit jacket is custom made and was worn by the donor during the opening ceremonies of the 1968 Republican National Convention in Miami, FL at age 14. She attended the convention with her father, Buena Chaney, who was the Indiana Rep. State Chairman and head of the Indiana delegation. Tamara carried the Indiana flag in the ceremonies.
