The sign is comprised of cardboard, paper and saran wrap. One multiple piece of paper the image is printed of the Minnesota state outline filled in with a light blue color and the outline is a darker blue. Within the state outline in white lettering, it states “Sugar and spice and Minnesota Nice” the “ICE” of NIce is in Black and has a red X through it to distinguish it from the rest of the word. At the end of the saying there is a 7 pointed star that is on the new Minnesota flag.
