Description
Blue and white one-piece dress for Toots doll (2017.3.3e). Dress has solid blue bodice with white collar and faux button strip with 3 red plastic buttons, attached skirt made of white fabric with blue pin stripes. Originally stored in Barbie case (2017.3.3a)
