Clifford Nutter is standing in the back row at the far left and is number 1. Nancy Nutter is in the front row at the far left and is number 2. Jessie Nutter (Eckstrom) is in the back row, the second from the left in that row, and is number 3. Bernice Nutter is number 4, to the right of Jessie. Burton Nutter is in the back row, the second person from the right in the photo, and is number 5. Jim Nutter is at the far right in the photo and is number 6. Number 7 is Dorothy Nutter (Wolfe), who is the second person from the left in the front row. Dorothy appears to be the youngest of the seven. The 1905 St. Peter census lists Clifford, Burton, Bernice, and James as children of blacksmith Charles Nutter and his wife, Mary Nutter. The 1910 Traverse Township census of Nicollet County lists Jessie, Nancy, and Dorothy as children of Hartley and Bertha Nutter. Dorothy was 13 years old in 1910.
