A double open-end wrench with one side having a broken tooth while the other one has T2010 stamped on the top while the handle has the stamp “Blue Points Chicago." The Blue Point Manufacturing company was founded largely by Stanton Palmer in 1925 named so for the Pigeon Blue color of heat-treated tools. The company would merge with the Snap-On Company in 1930 and would use the Blue Points logo until 1935 when they introduced the Blue Points Supreme line.
