Community Center. Color photo of the gymnasium at the St. Peter Community Center after the March 1998 tornado. The west end of the building is visible. The photo was taken from South Washington Avenue, looking to the east. The Community Center was located between South Fifth Street and South Washington Avenue, along the south side of Nassau Street. The building was constructed in 1907 as a school. It served as the St. Peter High School for many years.
