Bohlen, Otto and Bertha. B/W photo of the wedding of Otto Bohlen (b. 2-6-1882, d. 9-5-1965 in St. Peter) and his wife, Bertha Bohlen, the former Bertha Ziebarth (b. 5-18- 1886, d. 6-6-1976 in St. Peter), in St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in St. Peter on November 15, 1905. Left to right: Martha Erickson of St. Peter (sister of the bride, the former Martha Ziebarth, b. 2-19-1888, m. 10-25-1911 to Isaac Erickson, d. 8-20-1983), Louis Haney (his mother's maiden name was Bohlen, b. 2-20-1885, d. 7-17-1978), Martha Anderson (sister of the groom, the former Martha Bohlen, b. 2-5-1888, m. 11-19-1913 to Ralph Anderson, farmed in Brighton Township), and Ernest Ziebarth (brother of the bride). Otto and Bertha farmed for a time near Lake Washington, and latter on the former Ziebarth farm, one mile south of Ottawa. They retired to St. Peter and were buried in Greenhill cemetery.
